S1 Management Study Program Collaborates with Three Partnership in Bali
Badung – Pada acara pembukaan Dies Natalis ke-12 Universitas Dhyana Pura pada Rabu, 7 Juni 2023, kembali Program Studi S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomika, Bisnis dan Humaniora menjalin kerjasama serentak dengan beberapa industri dibidang pariwisata. Kerjasama ini tertuang dalam penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) antara The Trans Resort Bali, The Legend Bar & Restaurant dan The Harper Kuta Bali di Aula Gedung E Universitas Dhyana Pura.
Badung – At the opening ceremony of the 12th Anniversary of Dhyana Pura University on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, The Bachelor of Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities established simultaneous collaboration with several industries in the tourism sector. This collaboration is contained in the signing of the Collaboration Agreement (PKS) between The Trans Resort Bali, The Legend Bar & Restaurant and The Harper Kuta Bali in the Hall of Building E of Dhyana Pura University.
Perjanjian Kerja Sama ini ditandatangai langsung oleh Ketua Program Studi S1 Manajemen Ibu Ni Putu Dyah Krismawintari, S.E., M.M dan I Wayan Agus Setiawan, S.E selaku Human Resources & Training Supervisor dari The Trans Resort Bali, I Wayan Sudebel, S.E selaku Owner The Legend Bar & Restaurant serta Rony Yudianto selaku General Manager The Harper Kuta Bali sekaligus penandatangan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) oleh Dekan Fakultas Ekonomika, Bisnis dan Humaiora dan Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) oleh Rektor Universitas Dhyana Pura. Untuk kedepannya, Program Studi S1 Manajemen Undhira akan mengirimkan kembali mahasiswa untuk OJT di sana, namun tidak menutup kemungkinan kami akan saling berkolaborasi di dalam kegiatan perkuliahan atau seminar yang diadakan oleh Prodi,” terang Kaprodi S1 Manajemen. Ia juga menjelaskan kerjasama ini merupakan bentuk upaya kampus untuk menjembatani mahasiswa dengan dunia kerja dan industri. “Selain untuk kegiatan magang, perjanjian kerjasama ini juga mencakup penelitian, pratek kerja, workshop/seminar/studi banding, perekrutan SDM, dan hal lainnya yang dapat dilaksanakan melalui kesepakatan kedua belah pihak,” ungkapnya.
This Collaboration Agreement was signed directly by the Head of the S1 Management Study Program Mrs. Ni Putu Dyah Krismawintari, S.E., M.M and I Wayan Agus Setiawan, S.E as Human Resources & Training Supervisor of The Trans Resort Bali, I Wayan Sudebel, S.E as Owner of The Legend Bar & Restaurant and Rony Yudianto as General Manager of The Harper Kuta Bali as well as the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the Chancellor of Dhyana Pura University. In the future, Undhira’s S1 Management Study Program will send back students for OJT there, but it does not rule out the possibility that we will collaborate with each other in lecture activities or seminars held by the Study Program, explained the Head of S1 Management Study Program. She also explained that this collaboration is a form of campus efforts to bridge students with the world of work and industry. “In addition to internship activities, this collaboration agreement also includes research, work practices, workshops / seminars / comparative studies, recruitment of human resources, and other things that can be carried out through an agreement between the two parties,” he said.
Pada kesempatan ini, Agus Setiawan, S.E Human Resources & Training Supervisor The Trans Resort Bali yang juga alumni Prodi S1 Manajemen tahun 2018 menuturkan kerjasama ini merupakan salah satu upaya yang baik. “Kegiatan pembelajaran di kampus tentu tidak akan maksimal apabila mahasiswa tidak mengembangkannya dengan praktik lapangan. Dengan OJT, mahasiswa akan terlatih dalam menghadapi sekaligus mengatasi masalah yang mungkin muncul ketika berhadapan langsung di dunia kerja,” tegasnya.
On this occasion, Agus Setiawan, S.E Human Resources & Training Supervisor of The Trans Resort Bali who is also an alumnus of S1 Management Study Program in 2018 said that this collaboration is one of the good efforts. “Learning activities on campus will certainly not be maximized if students do not develop them with field practice. With OJT, students will be trained in dealing with and overcoming problems that may arise when dealing directly in the world of work,” he said.
